PROGRAMMES CONDUCTED RELATED TO COMMEMORATION OF  FORMER PRINCIPAL MR. PRAFULA CHANDRAN               Many programmes were conducted on behalf of Appu sir commemoration. Different school got an opportunity to took participate in it. Quiz, essay writing competition etc were conducted in LVHS school.

OVERALL REFLECTION  Internship Phase II at LVHS, POTHENCODE     Appertaining our B.Ed curriculum teacher training batch 2017-19 of Sree Narayana Guru Krupa B.Ed college Pothencode had II phase internship at Lakshmi vilasam High School, Pothencode from 7th November 2018 to 11th January 2019. The aim of internship was to provide us with  numerous perks which gives experience, develop skill and provide us an idea about the function of the school and its authorities also provide us with direct experience. LVHS- a school with variant and vibrant experience. From 7th November 2018 the II  phase of our internship began. I was allotted 9th class where I dealt with Part 2 text of English Unit 4 and 5. FOOD FEST       As a part of English fest conducted at LVHS, food fest was organised on th e behalf of English club with the whole effort of English Department LVHS. Students prepared food and exhibited. Various stalls were set up with variety of dishes. The aim of the food fest was to give away the profit from this to CM flood relief fund. WEEKLY REFLECTION School Internship Phase II Weekly Reflection Week 6 7-11 January, 2019      The last week in LVHS, thus our II phase internship was coming to an end. Today we all were so busy with work as we have to conduct exam, finish up portions. From today onwards juniors accompanied us as a part of school visit to LVHS. They sat together with us in the staffroom were we divided the duties to them and arranged classes for them for observations and thus provided them with all the help we can. On Thursday I distributed the answer sheets of achievement test.         Thus the last day in school arrived, the last day of the second phase internship came to an end. We all were busy as we decided to give treat to all staff in the school, thus distributed snacks and sweets to  principal, to the office and to all subject teachers in the respective staffroom. WEEKLY REFLECTION  School Internship Phase II Weekly Reflection Week 5  December 31,2018- January 5,2019      After 10 long days of Christmas vacation school was reopened on 31st December 2018. The last day was full of experience moments and memories. As usual we reached at 9:30 a.m, the last day of the school. Thus as normal with the hectic work load and usual things the last day of the year came to an end.      A new year began, with lots of new resolution we bid farewell to 2018 which taught a lot of lesson to us. With all the bitter sweet memories, happening moments we step foot into 2019 with all new hope, determination, wishing for a joyful ride. A DAY IN THE REMINISCENCE  Former Principal Shri. Prafulachandhran A day to remember 10 December, 2018       Appu sir, former manager of Lekshmi Vilasom High School commemoration was celebrated in school on 10 December 2018 by showering flowers as well as conducting programmes. The school manager, SI Shaji sir Pothencode, Principal Mrs.Maya were present. Payasam was also distributed on that day.

WEEKLY REFLECTION School Internship Phase II Weekly Reflection Week 4 3-7 December, 2018      A new month, the last month of the year. This week was quite a busy one, as all were engaged as to finish up the portions for the christmas exam. As days were passing by in LVHS I was loving the profession and the school environment. In a way I was actually realising the activities, the social role of a teacher. The students of the school in a way or other becoming a part of our life as we were happy to share that memories and moments in school with them to remember forever. More than teaching we tried to relate their life and incidents and thus becoming their favourite and they the blossoming beautiful flowers. WEEKLY REFLECTION School Internship Phase II Weekly Reflection Week 3 26-30 November, 2018        The last week of November was quite a good one. This week was a special day for the school, as a part of School Kalolsavam LVHS drama group under the leadership of Ratheesh banged second prize. The name of the drama was 'Ammachi Plavu'. All were happy hearing the good news and all congratulated the students and sir for the achievement. On 30th November Maya mam the principal, along with the English department teachers went to the chief Minister's office to donate the profit money that they caught after the English fest, food fest. Also this week uniforms were distributed to 8th standard students. Thus each day, each week passed in LVHS giving us variant and vibrant experiences and we were enjoying the curriculum, the school routine, methods and were getting apt to the school system, thus feeling proud to be in such a great profession.

Sports Events and Hostel Inauguration at LVHS, Pothencode             On 15 November,2018 Sports event and hostel inauguration was done at LVHS Pothencode at 2:00 p.m at school auditorium. The function was inaugurated by Shri. Sanjayan Kumar, IFS by lighting the lamp. Welcome was said by Mrs. Maya, the principal. Students all were assembled in the auditorium. By inaugural speech Sanjayan sir shared his experience.   The basketball playground inauguration was done by Shri. T.P. Dasan, hostel inauguration was done by Shri. WEEKLY REFLECTION School Internship Phase II Weekly Reflection Week 2 19-24 November, 2018            This week started of with a new zeal. As usual all the days in school were busy with lot of work. This week we were given an extra duty to train the students of drama under the leadership of Rateesh sir, English department. Thus students practiced the drama from our staffroom and we help them with dialogue, script, acting, music composition and all other extra works. This week on 23rd, students under the guidance of SUPW mam made handmade lamp as part of the Kartika and sold it for Rs.25, in a packet with 6 in it. This week Saturday was a special class with the time table of Monday and on this day from Kerala IT Department section squad paid visit to school. SECOND PHASE INTERNSHIP Weekly Reflection Week 1: 9- 16 November, 2018              Appertaining our BEd curriculum, teacher training batch 2017-19 of Sree Narayana Guru Krupa B.Ed college, Pothencode phase II School Internship began at Lakshmi Vilasam High School, Pothencode from 7th November 2018. The aim of the internship was to provide teacher trainees with numerous perks which give us experience, develop skill and provide us an idea about the function of the school and its authority's.      II phase internship thus began on November 7th 2018. Morning at 9:20 a.m. we all reached school and by 9:30 we met with the principal Mrs.Maya where she allowed us the room to sit and we all went to meet meet the representatives of each department from where we collected the time table and potions that we have to cover. OVERALL REFLECTION   First Phase Internship      Appertaining our B.Ed curriculum teacher training batch 2017-19 of Sree Narayana Guru Kripa BEd college Pothencode had first phase internship in LVHS Pothencode from 11th June 2018 to 10th August 2018. t The aim of the internship was to provide us with numerous perks which gave us experience, develop skills and provide us an idea about the functioning of the school and its authorities. ICT LESSON TEMPLATE

PHYSICAL EDUCATION    As a part of our BEd curriculum during the first phase internship, we gave physical education training to students. Few students from each class were taken to the ground and from where we made them do different exercises and gave them introduction on physical education and importance of it in humans life. Thus imparting good information and facts with students we had a great fun time with them.

SPC Day Celebration at LVHS Pothencode Today was SPC day celebration at LVHS. At 10:00 a.m. all S PC students were assembled in the ground to celebrate SPC day. Pothencode CI Shaji sir was assembled and he inaugurated the function. March past was done and all took oath after Shaji sir. Mrs Maya, headmistress of the school hoisted the flag. Sweets were distributed. We the teacher trainees were also assembled in the ground to be a part of it and it was a good experience.
