OVERALL REFLECTION   First Phase Internship      Appertaining our B.Ed curriculum teacher training batch 2017-19 of Sree Narayana Guru Kripa BEd college Pothencode had first phase internship in LVHS Pothencode from 11th June 2018 to 10th August 2018. t The aim of the internship was to provide us with numerous perks which gave us experience, develop skills and provide us an idea about the functioning of the school and its authorities. It also provide a direct experience with the students which helped us to know the mental and pedagogical level of them which lead us to unfold a  better generation.    Thus from 11 June 2018 the first phase internship began and I was allotted 9th class where I dealt with first part English text two units. These two months in school we were able to be a part and gave our contribution in the best way we can to different programs in the school. ICT LESSON TEMPLATE

PHYSICAL EDUCATION    As a part of our BEd curriculum during the first phase internship, we gave physical education training to students. Few students from each class were taken to the ground and from where we made them do different exercises and gave them introduction on physical education and importance of it in humans life. Thus imparting good information and facts with students we had a great fun time with them.

SPC Day Celebration at LVHS Pothencode Today was SPC day celebration at LVHS. At 10:00 a.m. all S PC students were assembled in the ground to celebrate SPC day. Pothencode CI Shaji sir was assembled and he inaugurated the function. March past was done and all took oath after Shaji sir. Mrs Maya, headmistress of the school hoisted the flag. Sweets were distributed. We the teacher trainees were also assembled in the ground to be a part of it and it was a good experience.            

CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME     Conscientization Program on  'Drug Abuse in School'  A Week Campaign at LVHS Pothencode    Introduction        Conscientization or critical conscious is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazilian pedagogue and educational theorist Paulo Freire. It focuses on achieving an independent understanding of the world, allowing for the perception and exposure of social and political contradictions. It also includes taking action against the oppressive elements in one's life that are illuminated by that understanding.                Thus from 3 July to 6 July 2018, we decided to conduct a conscientization program, a week campaign on drug abuse in school. To analyse the adverse effect of drugs and social, economical, mental, physical well being of an individual to prepare a questionnaire and distributed it among students to collect that up after analysing the collecedt data. 'KAITHANG FOR KUTTANADU' A Helping Hand by LVHS for the Flood Relief at Alappuzha     Due to heavy rain and as flood waters drained away most of the places in Kerala, a helping hand was extended from the nook and corner of country to help the needy and suffering people and as a part of this, LVHS also made their contribution along with BEd trainees and came forward for rendering help to affected areas. Most of the students contributed in this misson of this helping hand.
