School Induction Program As a part of our teaching profession and BEd curriculum, we paid a five days visit to LVHS Pothencode, Thiruvananthapuram from 08-01-2018 to 12-01-2018. The five days at school was very helpful and beneficial. In the school we were able to analyse the functioning of school organisation, understood the responsibility of Headmaster, teacher, non-staff for the well functioning of the school and it's execution. We acquainted with the teachers and students and understood the curriculum framework and the crust of teacher- student relationship and also equipped techniques to administer class. These five days at school gave us five different experience. It gave a good platform for us, the teacher trainers to create a good rapport with the students and to get adopted to the school environment.
