 School Induction Program


     As a part of our teaching profession and BEd curriculum, we paid a five days visit to LVHS Pothencode, Thiruvananthapuram from 08-01-2018 to 12-01-2018. The five days at school was very helpful and beneficial. In the school we were able to analyse the functioning of school organisation, understood the responsibility of Headmaster, teacher, non-staff for the well functioning of the school and it's execution. We acquainted with the teachers and students and understood the curriculum framework and the crust of teacher- student relationship and also equipped techniques to administer class. These five days at school gave us five different experience. It gave a good platform for us, the teacher trainers to create a good rapport with the students and to get adopted to the school environment.
     At individual level it helped me to overcome the stage fear and also developed a medium to interact with the students. Not only in curricular but also in extra curricular activities I was able to put my effort and participation. These five days gave us a short description of the life of a teacher, her duties and responsibilities and reflected an aura of teacher- student relationship.

Community Living Camp 'ARAMAM' 2018 Prelude        In our fast-paced world of technology, camps expose young people to a different kind of environment a community based atmosphere in which campers learn about living, working and playing together. In addition, campers typically learn a healthy respect for nature. The life skills that many youth experience at camp help them to form thinking patterns that depict the type of adults they will become.
